Delivery
We deliver rugs worldwide at the rates of the EMS Russian Post. To order your delivery:
1. Fill in the delivery form.
2. Pay for your order.
3. You will receive a tracking number for your delivery within 1-3 days.
4. Purchased items can be returned, for whatever reason, within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return the purchased item(s), please e-mail us about it at info@runo-carpet.ru.

If the product is preserved in its original state, you will be refunded within 5-30 days.
Please be aware that the Buyer will bear the shipping costs of returning the item.

Payment by bank card
You will be redirected to the PJSC SBERBANK payment gateway to enter your card details for payment. The connection with the payment gateway and transfer of information are processed securely and encrypted using the SSL protocol. If your bank supports secure online payments Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, J-Secure, you may be required to enter a security code to pay for your order.
Security of your information
Our site supports 256-bit encryption. PJSC SBERBANK shall safeguard the confidentiality of the personal data provided. The information provided shall not be shared with third parties, except on the grounds established by the laws of the Russian Federation. Bank card payments are processed in strict conformity with the requirements of MIR, Visa Int., MasterCard Europe Sprl, JCB payment service providers. All personal information provided (name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card details) is confidential and shall not be disclosed. Your bank card details are processed in encrypted form only and are not stored on our web server.
Returns
Not happy with your rug? You can return the item within 14 days through a delivery service. If the product is preserved in its original state, we will refund you within 5-30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The Buyer has the right to return the Goods (Return of the Goods is subject to the specified Goods not having been in use and to preserving their consumer properties, factory labels, marketable condition, etc.) without stating reasons within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of physical receipt of the Goods directly from the Seller or from parties representing the Seller.
Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463 of December 31, 2020 approves the "List of non-food products of proper quality not subject to exchange." This list stipulates that certain types of goods shall not be subject to return.
When returning the goods, documents confirming the purchase and its terms and conditions shall be required alongside the form for return of the goods.
Faulty items
Return of the Goods in case of defects linked to non-compliance with the conditions of the Order, attributable to the Seller:
In case of delivery of the Goods with partial non-compliance with the conditions of the Order or in violation thereof through the Seller’s fault regarding the range, delivery completeness, or quantity of the Goods, the Buyer shall have the right to notify the Seller of these violations (no later than seven calendar days upon receipt) and request rectification.
The Buyer shall also have the right to reject the goods and to be refunded the money paid. In such instances, the Product shall be returned to the Seller, preserving its marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels.
When returning the goods, documents confirming the purchase and its terms and conditions shall be required.
